Welcome to DotDeveloper. By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Our Apps
Our Apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, game mechanics, and software — are owned by DotDeveloper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
4. User Accounts & Leaderboards
Some of our Apps may allow you to create a username for leaderboard features. You are responsible for the username you choose. We reserve the right to remove or modify usernames that we find inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
5. In-App Purchases
Our Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase.
6. Advertisements
Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads may be targeted based on your device information and usage data. By using our Apps, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional and user-initiated.
7. Availability & Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue our Apps at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes for any App. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be available at all times or in all locations.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotDeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
